We developed a centralized, AI-enabled Progress Tracker for a leading study abroad consultancy to manage and monitor every student’s journey—from initial counseling to visa approval. The system featured stage-wise tracking, automated alerts for deadlines, real-time student/parent access, and advisor performance dashboards. It replaced manual spreadsheets and WhatsApp-based tracking with a smart, integrated platform—reducing delays, improving communication, and doubling student completion rates. This solution not only streamlined internal operations but also significantly boosted trust and transparency between students, parents, and the consultancy.

The consultancy struggled with managing hundreds of student cases manually, leading to missed deadlines, communication gaps, and inconsistent follow-ups across counseling, application, and visa stages.We built a centralized, AI-powered progress tracker that automated alerts, streamlined document submissions, and gave real-time visibility to students, parents, and counselors—boosting efficiency, accountability, and student satisfaction.
